Ordering & Lead Time
How can I place an order for this delicious catering?
Great question! We are here to help – orders can be placed via our website toppers.com/catering, on our app, over the phone with one of our team members, or in-store.
How do I place a catering order online?
Use the “Start Catering Order” link on our catering page to choose Bundles, Lunch Time meals, Pizza Party packages, or À la Carte items and state to build your order.
How early in advance do I need to place my order?
We prefer at least 24 hours’ notice for all large orders. That said, we’re nimble - 90 minutes is usually enough to make it happen. If you’re in a real pinch and don’t even have that much time, call your local restaurant directly to make sure they can accommodate you.
What happens if I need to change my order after it’s placed?
Plans change - we get it! If you need to make any modifications, call the restaurant directly so we can help.

What kind of catering packages do you offer?
We’ve got Bundles for big groups, Pizza Parties for all-pizza feasts, Lunch Time meals for individuals, and À la Carte options to add more sides, beverages, and desserts.
Can I customize my catering spread?
Absolutely! You can tweak any bundle or build your own from our À la Carte menu. We are very flexible and here to make your event perfectly curated.
What about drinks and desserts to go with your tasty pizzas?
We got you! We have Coke products, plus Topperstix, Killer Brownies, and pints of Cedar Crest Ice Cream for the perfect sweet finish.
How do you accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences (like vegan or vegetarian), and food allergies?
Knowledge is power! You can customize your order to match your needs. For specific requests, contact the restaurant manager directly.

How many people can I feed with Toppers Catering?
Our packages can handle anything from small gatherings to big events. Serving suggestions are listed in each Bundle or Pizza Party description online. If you have any questions, please contact a store, and they can help build out what you need.
How many people does a large pizza serve?
About 3–4 adults per large pizza.
How many people do your sides serve?
About 6–8 adults per large side.
DELIVERY, PICKUP & FEES
Do you deliver catering orders?
Yes! We offer delivery within our service area.
What is the delivery fee for a catering order?
Our catering delivery flat fee is $30, ensuring the right focus on every detail of your larger order.
Can I pick up my catering order?
Absolutely - pickup is a great way to save on delivery fees.
Do you offer warming supplies to keep the food hot after it arrives?
Yes, we offer Hot Hold Kits (for an additional fee) to keep sides like wings, garlic knots, cheezy marinara dip, and mac ’n cheese warm on site.
Do you provide plates, cups, utensils, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes with catering orders?
Yes! We can include disposable plates, cups, forks, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes upon request. Just add these items to the cart in the à la Carte Section or let us know when placing your order so we can add to your catering order.

Yes! As long as your catering order is linked to your Toppers Loyalty Rewards account when you place it—whether online, in the app, or through the store - you’ll earn points just like you would on a regular order.
